Flamingos and Strudels!
Alive and well in Junction City, Kansas!
This week, my people, has been amazing!! On Monday Our STLs came to junction and we were able to hang out all day. We played basketball and went on mini exchanges.
On Tuesday we went to this awesome little donut place that just opened a couple weeks ago called 'The Donut Hole' and had boodans (I'm sure I spelled that one wrong). It's this southern Cajun sausage everyone raves about down there. That was the bessst!! 😋 We had district meeting and tracted the rest of the day. On Wednesday I was sick. I'm pretty sure Kansas is trying to kill me. Since then I have this nasty cough and it just won't go away. But I did find a really cool kitchen set, so that day wasn't too bad.

| We were going home and I saw this cute little kitchen set by the dumpster. I wanted it so we took it home. Sisters said no be we did it anyways... #YOLO :) |
On Thursday, Sina one of the members of the ward came out with us. She wants to serve a mission so we have been taking her out with us. Wow, what a day. She really got a taste of what we deal with every day. We had people swear and yell at us, even ignored us when we went to the door. Nothing new, but for Sina it added that desire to serve a mission even more. I don't know why but it was amazing to see her constantly get back up from every attack. Other than that we had such a hoot.
On Friday we played volleyball had lunch with one of our investigators Laure and she totally wants to get baptized and can't wait to get all the lessons done. What a miracle! Later that day we had our first baptism in a very long time for our good old town of Junction City. It was Ryan's and can I say what a spiritual experiences...the spirit was so strong and you could just see the joy on his face. We actually had one of our referral investigators come to it and that was awesome to hear her ask questions and just grow in faith.
On Saturday, we helped to clean up the city for Earth day. We talked to so many people and I personally learned a lot about other people's Faiths.

Let him... and follow his son, Jesus Christ and I can promise you that you will have so much joy and happiness you won't know what to do. I love you again and I will talk to y'all later
